Responsibilities: - Manage full recruitment cycle: post vacancies, conduct sourcing and interviews. - Conduct phone, in-person, and online interviews. - Handle formal part of recruitment: collect documents and pass them for processing. - Onboard employees and support their adaptation. - Maintain reporting on work results without unnecessary formalities. - Monitor labor market, track trends, propose new solutions and initiatives.

Requirements: - At least 1 year of HR experience. Experience in the automotive sector is a big plus. - Experience in mass and targeted recruitment: from sales managers to office staff. - Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. - Ease in communication and ability to find approach to different people. - Ability to sense the candidate and hear what was not said.
