Responsibilities: — Source and attract candidates for entry-level positions. — Conduct phone and online interviews. — Guide candidates from interview to internship. — Manage candidate pipeline in Huntflow. — Create job profiles and candidate personas. — Use hh.ru, Avito, HR databases, social media, and referral programs. — Find new sourcing channels. — Maintain HR reporting and analyze the labor market. — Participate in HR process development and company culture.

— At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. — Presentation skills and ability to talk about the company to candidates. — Ability to communicate with applicants and business. — Experience with Huntflow. — Desire to grow in HR and take on new tasks.
