HR Specialist (enthusiast, remote) at ZORU FIGHT GAMES. Part-time, Middle level, remote. Support onboarding and adaptation of new team members and maintain a comfortable atmosphere in an indie game dev team.

We are a young team of enthusiasts creating our first game. We have a script, lore, character sketches, and soundtracks. We are looking for like-minded people ready to invest in the idea and build the project together. Responsibilities: — Support new participants during entry into the team. — Help newcomers adapt (introduction to the project, chats, rules). — Maintain a comfortable atmosphere within the team. — Organize communication and resolve simple organizational issues.

Important qualities: — Responsibility: you understand that commitments must be fulfilled. — Respectful communication with people: we build the team on trust, without rudeness or toxicity. — After an interview with the founder, have an "HR" mark after your nickname.
