HR needed with construction experience. Flexible schedule up to 15 hours/week, part-time possible. Remote. Salary: base + bonuses per closed position. Recruiting construction workers.

Responsibilities: - Source and recruit construction workers: general laborers, finishers, rebar workers, foremen, welders - Close staffing needs for construction sites - Coordinate with candidates and site foremen online

Experience in HR/recruiting in the construction industry
