HR Specialist

HR Specialist at Scandinavian Health Center, Moscow. Salary from 150,000 RUB. Full-cycle HR administration, 1C ZUP, reporting.

Responsibilities: - Full-cycle HR administration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and local regulations. - Work in the 1C ZUP information system. - Handling sick leave certificates. - Maintaining employee vacation records. - Preparing reports to the Social Fund of Russia. - Preparing documents for requests from government agencies and employees. - Preparing statistical reports (including name lists). - Work in FRMR/FRMO. - Monitoring the validity of certificates and accreditation of medical workers. - Preparing documents for archiving.

Requirements: - Higher education (economics, law, personnel management, or HR records specialist). - Knowledge of labor legislation and 1C ZUP. - Ability to work in multitasking mode. - Experience in a medical organization is an advantage.
