HR Specialist

HR Specialist in a product IT company. Salary up to 200,000 RUB net. Krasnodar, hybrid, 5/2. Full-cycle IT recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, HR records, and building HR processes.

Product IT company developing and maintaining IT services for a Russian-speaking audience. The team is small and distributed: full-time employees and specialists in different countries. There is no HR yet; hiring, documents, adaptation, and heart-to-heart talks are currently done by managers between tasks — and it turns out not so well. Therefore, they are looking for a person who will take over work with the team, without excessive formalism and corporate bureaucracy. Responsibilities: — Manage full-cycle IT vacancies: from requirements gathering to offer. — Search for developers and other specialists via job boards, professional networks, and other channels. — Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees. — Manage contracts, NDAs, and HR document flow according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. — Conduct 1:1 meetings, collect feedback, and help resolve internal team issues. — Gradually build the company's HR processes.

— HR experience of 3+ years, preferably 2+ years in IT/product. — Independent experience in closing technical vacancies. — Practical knowledge of HR records management according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. — Self-sufficiency: the HR will be the only one in the company, so processes will need to be built, not maintained. — Experience working with self-employed individuals, sole proprietors, and specialists from other countries will be a plus.
