«Н2О» is looking for a Recruiter in Saint Petersburg. Salary: 75,000 – 85,000 RUB. Handle incoming calls, process responses from Avito, hh, interact with department heads, maintain candidate database, and reporting.

— Answer incoming calls from candidates for line personnel positions. — Process responses from Avito, hh, and other sources. — Interact with department and facility managers on recruitment and feedback. — Build a candidate database for remote researchers and process their information. — Maintain recruitment reporting.

— Desire to develop in HR; candidates without recruitment experience are considered. — Understanding of HR and mass recruitment. — Ability to conduct phone interviews and negotiate. — Ability to work with information in Google Sheets. — Adherence to business communication ethics.
