HR Records Management Specialist

HR records management specialist at Joki Joya, salary 140,000–150,000 RUB, Moscow office with travel between malls.

Full-cycle HR records management for multiple legal entities.Updating staffing schedules.Certifying documents in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.Maintaining logs (employment record books, order logs, employment contract logs).Advising employees on HR matters in accordance with the Labor Code.Monitoring availability of medical books for line staff.Concluding employment contracts and additional agreements.Interacting with an outsourcing company regarding employment of foreign citizens (document provision).Assisting with other HR department projects.

Higher education (legal background is an advantage).Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation with latest amendments (ability to apply in practice).At least 1 year of experience in retail chains or restaurant business.Experience with HR records management at remote sites.Excellent knowledge of 1C ZUP 8.3.

Office in Moscow.Travel between parks in shopping malls: Aviapark, Evropeysky, Salaris, Gagarinsky, Rio Leninsky.Workplace in each park is equipped; no need to carry equipment.
