HR Operations Specialist

HR Operations Specialist at Scorewarrior in Limassol, Cyprus. Focus on HR operational processes, HRIS configuration, process automation, compliance with Cyprus labor laws, and HR reporting. Relocation provided.

Support and continuously improve HR operational processes across the entire employee lifecycle. Build, document and maintain HR workflows, policies and internal procedures. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, implementing scalable solutions. Configure, update and optimize HRIS workflows, templates and automations. Ensure compliance with Cyprus labor laws and HR regulations. Monitor HR documentation and keep internal knowledge bases up to date. Create reports, dashboards and HR metrics to support decision-making. Collaborate with legal and finance departments on HR-related data and support other administration team members to facilitate daily processes.

2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations or HR Administration. Strong understanding of Cypriot employment law and HR operational processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Experience working with HRIS platforms (HiBob experience is a strong advantage). Strong process-oriented mindset with a passion for organization and continuous improvement. Experience implementing automations and optimizing repetitive workflows. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Analytical thinking with confidence working with reports, spreadsheets and HR data. Strong ownership and ability to work independently. Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English.
