HR Manager/Recruiter in AdTech

HR Manager/Recruiter for an international AdTech development center in Limassol. Full-time, office-based. Responsible for recruiting and team support.

Kuvelli is an international AdTech platform development center. We are looking for a colleague to take on quality hiring and support for our team. Key responsibilities: - Recruiting (70% of time): targeted selection of specialists, from adjusting the profile to the offer. - Support: control of employee registration in strict compliance with local legislation (working through an external contractor). - Work with the team: onboarding of newcomers, conducting Welcome-days and Stay-interviews. - Atmosphere: monitoring the climate in the office and helping with corporate events.

At least 1 year of recruiting experience. English level B1 or higher. Ability to professionally assess soft skills and culture fit in interviews. Having a driver's license is a plus.

Comfortable office in Limassol, schedule 5/2 (10:00-19:00). Official employment. Full social package with up to 100% additional payment of salary during vacation and sick leave.
