HR Manager/Recruiter in AdTech

Kuvelli, an international AdTech platform development center, is looking for an HR Manager/Recruiter to handle quality hiring and team support. Full-time, office in Limassol.

Responsibilities: - Recruiting (70% of time): targeted selection of specialists, from adjusting the profile to the offer - Support: control of employee registration in strict compliance with local legislation (work through an external contractor) - Team work: onboarding of newcomers, conducting Welcome-days and Stay-interviews - Atmosphere: monitoring office climate and helping organize corporate events

Requirements: - Experience in recruiting from 1 year - English at B1 level or higher - Ability to professionally assess soft skills and culture fit during interviews - Having a driver's license is a plus
