HR Generalist

HR Generalist at AVTOPAZL in Moscow. Salary from 120,000 RUB. Handle HR records, recruitment, and employee retention.

Responsibilities: - HR records in 1C:ZUP: processing hires, transfers, terminations, and vacations (no complex government reporting, only internal database). - Timesheet management (1C:ZUP + Excel): loading worked hours data from Excel (export from access control system) into 1C:ZUP every 1-2 months for accurate payroll. - Recruitment: operational filling of warehouse logistics vacancies (drivers, storekeepers, pickers) and targeted search for technical specialists for car service (auto mechanics, service advisors). - Retention and adaptation: building simple, honest, and open relationships with warehouse staff and drivers (including foreign nationals), timely resolution of minor conflicts, and retention of valuable employees. - Development of motivation systems: assisting management in optimizing and developing transparent piece-rate systems (e.g., percentage of output for car service) so employees want to earn more and business grows.

Requirements: - Experience as HR Generalist or recruiter in logistics, production, retail, or auto business - from 2 years. - Confident proficiency in 1C:ZUP at the level of operational HR work (hires, terminations, vacations) and ability to work with Excel spreadsheets. - Understanding of 'blue-collar' specifics and experience working with foreign nationals. - Simple, confident, and open communication style: ability to find common language with both drivers and company management. - High adaptability and stress resistance: readiness for workers to enter the office (located in the passage) with everyday and work questions.
