HR Communications Designer

HR Communications Designer at MAGNIT TECH. Design key visuals and internal/external HR communications. Hybrid work in Moscow.

Develop key visuals for HR campaigns and events, adapting them for digital, POS materials, and other communication formats. Create designs for internal and external HR communications: newsletters, SMM, presentations, web pages, print materials, and merch. Maintain and develop the visual style of the Magnit OMNI employer brand and internal communities. Create illustrations, infographics, advertising creatives, and work with photo and video content. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support projects at all stages of implementation.

3+ years of experience as a designer and a portfolio with digital and communication projects. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools. Experience developing visual concepts, advertising materials, presentations, and communication layouts. Understanding of composition, typography, brand identity, and ability to adapt design to different communication channels.
