HR Communications Designer

MAGNIT TECH is looking for an HR Communications Designer. Responsibilities: — Develop key visuals for HR campaigns and events, adapt them for digital, POS materials and other communication formats. — Create designs for internal and external HR communications: newsletters, SMM, presentations, web pages, print materials, and merch. — Maintain and develop the visual style of the Magnit OMNI employer brand and internal communities. — Create illustrations, infographics, advertising creatives, and work with photo and video content. — Interact with internal clients and support projects at all stages of implementation.

— At least 3 years of experience as a designer and a portfolio with digital and communication projects. — Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools. — Experience developing visual concepts, advertising materials, presentations, and communication layouts. — Understanding of composition, typography, corporate identity, and ability to adapt design for different communication channels.
