Product IT company developing high-load projects in entertainment, games, and sports is looking for an HR Business Partner to develop HR processes, support business, and corporate culture. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategy in line with business goals - Advise managers on management, development, motivation, and retention - Support organizational changes and business transformations - Assess employee engagement and implement initiatives to increase it - Develop performance review, potential assessment, and training processes - Support the full employee life cycle (EJM) - Plan hiring and interact with recruitment teams - Analyze HR metrics: turnover, engagement, efficiency, reasons for termination - Develop internal communications and corporate culture

- Experience as HRBP - Practical experience in building and optimizing HR processes - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with managers - Willingness to work in a multitasking and uncertain environment - Proactivity, independence, and result orientation
