HR Business Partner role in Cyprus/Kyiv/Yerevan. Seeking a specialist with 3+ years of experience to bridge business goals and team potential, implementing HR standards and advising managers.

We are looking for a systemic HR Business Partner who will become the link between operational business goals and team potential. A role for those who can translate business tasks into HR processes and vice versa. What you will do: • Build trusting relationships with leads and teams, acting as a change agent • Implement HR standards and policies, making them understandable and applicable • Advise managers on employee motivation and development • Participate in cross-functional projects and HR brand development initiatives

• Specialist with 3+ years of experience • Ability to balance business and team interests • Initiative and readiness to build processes from scratch, work with metrics • Strong communication skills: ability to gently but confidently drive decisions • Experience in iGaming is not required if willing to quickly immerse yourself in the high-risk industry
