HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner role focusing on supporting teams and employee lifecycle. Requires 3+ years of HRBP experience, strong communication skills, and English B2. Location: Cyprus/Kyiv/Yerevan.

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will become the link between the business and the teams. The role is operational, with a focus on working "in the field", supporting leads, and developing employee support processes. Scope of responsibility: • Full support of employees (Team Lead and below) throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle: onboarding, development, retention, offboarding • Building trusting relationships with leads and teams • Implementation of HR standards and policies • Consulting managers on employee motivation and development • Participation in cross-functional HR projects and HR brand development • Auditing current employee support processes and identifying growth areas Role priorities: • First 3 months — immersion in the business context, building relationships with leads, auditing current processes • 6 months — stabilization of support processes, launching assessment and motivation policies together with the HR team

• HRBP experience from 3 years • Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams • Experience in process building and working with HR metrics • Ability to balance the interests of the business and employees • English language from B2 (mandatory, part of the team is English-speaking) • Willingness to work in a high-risk industry (iGaming experience is not required)
