Product IT company (entertainment, games, sports) is looking for an HR Business Partner to help develop the business and corporate culture. Tasks: • Formation and implementation of HR strategy • Consulting managers on HR issues • Recruitment, development, motivation, and retention of employees • Support of transformations (restructuring, organizational changes) • Working with engagement (surveys, initiatives) • Development of performance review and 360 • Organization of training and development • Full employee journey cycle (from pre-boarding to termination) • Work with HR metrics and analytics • Interaction with recruiting and participation in hiring key roles

• Experience as HRBP / HR Generalist from 2 years • Strong communication skills • Experience in building HR processes • Proactivity and results orientation
