High-Speed Digital Design Engineer with Cadence expertise at Inwave (Microwave Technologies) in Moscow, Russia. Full-time, office-based. Salary negotiable. Responsibilities include designing high-performance digital signal processing circuits for FPGAs and SoCs with high-speed interfaces.

System design, development of high-performance digital signal processing circuits on FPGAs and SoCs with high-speed interfaces up to 100 Gbps, ADC/DAC, and large DDR memory volumes; Selection of the best electronic components for the task; Design of power supply, clocking, and noise suppression circuits for FPGAs and high-speed interfaces; Design of ADC and DAC connection circuits to FPGAs; Design of RF clocking circuits using PLLs; RF simulation (differential lines, coplanar waveguides); Drawing all necessary schematic symbols; Development of schematic diagrams; Ensuring leading product parameters in the international market; Debugging and adjustment of prototype products.

Higher education in radio engineering/radio electronics/radiophysics; At least 5 years of experience as a digital systems design engineer with frequencies of at least 3 GHz; Expert-level knowledge in connecting FPGAs, DDR, ADCs, and DACs, specifics of high-speed interfaces, power supply circuits, noise reduction, component base, parasitic parameters of components at RF, high-speed transmission lines; Knowledge of measurement equipment, extensive experience in measurements and independent debugging of high-speed computing modules and interfaces; Understanding of digital signal processing methods; Knowledge of JESD204B interface; Knowledge of ESKD in terms of circuit design; High-level proficiency in Cadence Allegro (mandatory).
