Head of Treasury

AGS Group is looking for a Head of Treasury to build and lead the treasury function from scratch. The role involves attracting financing, managing international cash flows, and directly impacting profitability. Remote position.

AGS is a group of companies transforming from agro-trading to international business, including agri-commodity export, trade finance, and IT products for commodity trade. We are seeking an entrepreneurially-minded leader to build the treasury function from the ground up and directly influence profitability.

- Experience in creating/developing treasury in small groups of companies or startups - Ability to reduce WACC and attract financing (banks, funds, alternative sources) - Practice in managing international cash flows - Entrepreneurial approach: focus on results, not processes - Direct impact on the financial outcome through capital management Especially valued experience in: - Commodity trading / trade finance - Fintech / international payments / settlements

- High autonomy and strategic influence - Competitive income tied to financial results
