Head of SOC Duty Analysts Group

Head of SOC duty analysts group at Cloud.ru, Moscow (hybrid). Manage shift operations, incident handling, and team mentoring. Salary discussed at interview.

• Operational shift management: organizing shift handovers, monitoring staffing and duty schedules, workload distribution, KPI and SLA compliance. • Incident management: handling incidents in IRP and JiraSM, ensuring escalation to CERT team. • Team management: mentoring and training L1 analysts, monitoring performance metrics, assigning project tasks, conducting 1:1 meetings. • Communications and reporting: generating shift reports, notifying stakeholders about incidents, collaborating with other departments. • Technical and process tasks: maintaining knowledge base and documentation, creating SOC content, tuning monitoring systems and filters.

• Deep understanding of cyber threats, attack methods, and network/system principles. • Ability to think clearly and make decisions during critical incidents. • Knowledge of Kill Chain model, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and SANS Incident Response cycle.
