OLZORI is a Russian brand-expert in home hardware cosmetology with 7 years of experience in the beauty gadget market. The company is an innovator and one of the leading Russian manufacturers of personal cosmetic devices for self-care at home. Responsibilities: 1. Lead generation to the website and brand promotion. 2. Build, test, and implement content funnels and sales funnels. 3. Digitize marketing tools and end-to-end analytics. 4. Build dialog interaction between the brand and the target audience with maximum focus on their interest and benefit. 5. Implement content marketing methodologies: Hunt's Ladder, TOFU/MOFU/BOFU, RACE, AIDA. 6. Manage the marketing team, including hiring, motivation, development, and KPIs. 7. Organize content production based on generating own hypotheses, as well as searching for and adapting relevant viral references in the brand's niches and adjacent niches. 8. Manage influencer marketing. Personal interaction with key experts and opinion leaders in the market. 9. Implement AI in marketing (SEO in search, presentations, guides, funnels, agents, chatbots, personalization, content generation). 10. Organize the brand's participation in industry events (exhibitions, clubs, beauty events, marathons, challenges).

- Mature thinking and managerial experience. - 5+ years in SMM marketing in e-commerce (preferably beauty or electronics goods), preferably starting from linear positions. - 2+ years in a marketing leadership role. - Successful experience building sales funnels for lead generation, confirmed by cases. - Successful experience of systematic management in marketing.
