Head of SMM at Medology, an educational platform for doctors. Moscow, hybrid. Build SMM strategy, grow audience, lead team.

Medology is an educational platform for doctors: webinars, conferences, professional content. We want to build a strong social media ecosystem and lively medical communities. Tasks: • Develop SMM strategy and role for each platform: Telegram, VK, Instagram*, YouTube, TikTok. • Build content system: from one webinar get dozens of content units (Reels, Shorts, interviews, speech clips). • Grow doctor audience: seeding, ads, collaborations, influencers. • Launch 7–8 specialized Telegram communities (cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, etc.) together with leading doctors. • Lead team and contractors, analyze metrics.

• Experience at senior/lead/head SMM level from 2 years. • Strong understanding of Telegram and short video mechanics. • Experience growing channels and working with experts or opinion leaders. • Ability to work with numbers and package complex expertise into understandable content. • Independence and ability to propose solutions without ready-made briefs.

• Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. • Work schedule 5/2. • Hybrid work format: ability to combine office and remote work. • Cozy office in the center of Moscow, walking distance from Belorusskaya metro station. • Work in a fast-growing educational online platform for doctors.
