Head of Registration Operations

Head of Registration Operations at a fintech company: lead a registration team, manage processes, KPIs, and automation. Salary: ~200,000 RUB + up to 150,000 RUB bonus.

We are looking for an operations lead to manage the registration department: team, processes, deadlines, quality. This is not an expert-registrar position. We need someone who can build team workflows, identify bottlenecks, boost productivity, and make processes resilient. Responsibilities: - Organize team work and task distribution - Control deadlines, quality, and completeness of registration actions - Interact with other departments (tax consultants, accounting, sales, alternative liquidation team) - Identify and eliminate bottlenecks - Increase speed and predictability of department work - Ensure staff interchangeability and backup scenarios - Participate in automation and standardization of processes - Develop regulations and workflows Scale: - ~80 new companies per month - ~200 companies in active scope - Notable seasonality, higher workload at quarter-end Expectations: - 3 months: onboarding, take over management without performance drop, identify bottlenecks and risks - 6 months: efficiency growth, reduced delays, interchangeability, process stability - 12 months: formed scalable operational system with transparent metrics and automation

Experience managing a team and operational function Ability to build processes and regulations Work with metrics and performance Systematic, autonomous, able to solve non-standard tasks Basic understanding of corporate terminology (legal entity, founder, charter, OKVED, etc.) Relevant experience in registrations is a plus, but not required Candidates from financial & legal consulting, corporate and registration services, or companies with complex operational scope are of interest

Fixed salary: ~200,000 RUB KPI/bonus: up to 150,000 RUB Final terms by agreement Salary review after probation period upon successful results
