The Yandex Mail team is looking for a team lead for the backend team of mail protocols. The team develops and maintains high-load (tens of thousands of RPS), distributed (running on thousands of virtual machines simultaneously), fault-tolerant (SLO 99.99%) systems written in C++17/20. Our key systems: • Mail delivery system - ensures sending and receiving tens of thousands of emails per second, throughput - over 3 Gbps. • Mail migration system - one of the most important parts of Yandex 360, which allows companies to join our business. The system has already migrated over 5 billion emails for more than 5 thousand companies.

• Managed backend development teams • Understand how to create high-load, fault-tolerant systems • Know how and enjoy working with people: know how to mentor and develop beginners and experienced colleagues • Able to plan team work, decompose tasks and estimate deadlines
