We invite an experienced manager who can build an effective analytics system, develop data tools, and influence key business metrics. Main tasks: • Forming a strategy for the development of product movement analytics, setting priorities, and planning key initiatives. • Managing a team of analysts: setting tasks, developing employees, participating in recruitment and team building. • Developing product, project, marketing, and BI analytics. • Developing and monitoring KPIs, analyzing deviations, and finding opportunities to improve business process efficiency. • Forming and testing hypotheses, identifying growth points based on data analysis. • Improving management reporting, developing dashboards, and automating analytical processes. • Participating in data architecture development, designing analytical data marts, and implementing BI solutions. • Preparing analytical conclusions and recommendations for management decisions.

• Experience leading an analytics team for 2–3 years. • Practical experience in managing employees, setting goals, and developing a team. • Understanding of product movement processes, logistics, supply chain, or retail. • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar). • Experience developing complex dashboards, building analytical models, and working with large data volumes.
