Head of Press Service for the Museum and Heritage Complex "New Chersonesus"
Seeking a Head of Press Service for the "New Chersonesus" museum complex in Sevastopol. This role requires a strategic communicator to build a strong press service, manage media relations, and translate deep cultural and historical content into accessible language. Individual salary discussions for strong candidates.
New Chersonesus is a project where history, faith, museum work, education, architecture, theater, excursions, media, and public affairs converge. This role demands more than a шаблон approach; it requires understanding the project's meaning, audience, and ability to communicate profound content in a modern, engaging way. Responsibilities include: - Building a strong press service and external communications system. - Working with media, Telegram, social networks, video, special projects, and public affairs. - Preparing texts, talking points, statements, comments, and materials for management. - Identifying information risks and responding effectively to complex issues. - Finding engaging language for history, culture, spiritual heritage, and education. - Managing a team, contractors, and internal approvals. - Not being afraid of scale, responsibility, and an intensive pace.
We are looking for more than just a PR specialist; we need an editor of meanings, a communications manager, and someone with a good ear for language. Experience in media, cultural projects, museums, public or educational initiatives, or diocesan/humanitarian structures will be particularly valuable. However, the most important factors are the ability to think, write, organize, and maintain high standards, rather than just previous job titles.
Work location: Sevastopol. For a strong candidate, we are open to discussing relocation support, the entry format into the project, and the salary level individually.
