Leading international iGaming holding seeks Head of People Partners to scale HR function. Requires experience in HR leadership, managing large teams, and scaling HR processes in fast-growing businesses. Remote role with competitive benefits.

We are one of the leading international iGaming holdings with a team of over 5000 professionals worldwide. Our portfolio includes proprietary gaming products, strong marketing and buying divisions, as well as several ambitious affiliate projects. We are growing rapidly, strengthening our positions in global markets, and building a strong HR function capable of scaling the business through people. We are looking for a strong Head of People Partners to lead the People Partner function and help scale the HR function in a fast-growing online business.

Residency outside of the Russian Federation / Republic of Belarus; Experience as Head of HR / Head of People Partners / HRD; Experience managing a team of 10+ employees; Experience working in companies with 1000+ employees; Practical experience in scaling HR processes in a fast-growing business; Experience in building and developing the People Partner function; Experience in the IT or technology sector will be an advantage; Russian or Ukrainian - C1+; English - fluent (mandatory).
