Head of Partnerships / IB

Head of Partnerships / IB for Forex sector, 100% remote (open for Cyprus), $6,000-$7,000 base salary.

Develop and execute the overall partnerships and IB growth strategy. Source, negotiate, and manage high-value commercial relationships. Track partner quality, revenue contribution, and market expansion. Expand market reach and build long-term, high-impact commercial networks.

Proven Forex / FX industry experience (Required). Strong background in IB (Introducing Broker) management or financial partnerships. Demonstrated track record sourcing, negotiating, and scaling key commercial accounts. Based in Cyprus or open to working remotely within local time zones.

Compensation: $6,000 – $7,000 Base Salary (Open room for negotiation depending on experience). 100% Remote.
