iDelsoft seeks a Head of Operations to be the CEO’s right-hand partner, driving operations, growth, recruitment, sales, marketing, and partnerships. Fully remote, $2,000–$3,000/month + bonuses.

iDelsoft is looking for a highly proactive operator to become the CEO’s right-hand partner and drive execution across operations, growth, recruitment, sales, marketing, and partnerships.

2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth agency Strong English and communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Hands-on experience with AI tools Full availability during 9 AM - 6 PM US EST hours

Fully remote 9 AM–6 PM U.S. Eastern Time $2,000–$3,000/month + bonuses (up to 15%) International team (US, LatAm, Europe)
