Head of Network Security Group at Inforsystems Jet in Moscow. Experience: over 6 years. Salary: discussed at interview. Responsibilities include team management, project control, and methodology development.

• Management of an organizational structure of about 5-15 people, consisting of engineers of different competence levels. • Management of group employees, taking into account the fulfillment of contractual obligations, pre-sales activities, sales plans, and employee development. • Planning and managing the workload of group employees. • Control of the progress of pre-sales and projects, ensuring the proper quality of pre-sales and project implementation within the group leader's authority. • Assessment of the work of group employees, timely provision of feedback to employees on the effectiveness and quality of their work. • Building effective group work within the Information Security Center and the Company as a whole, as well as in interaction with Customers. • Definition and formation of qualification requirements for group employees, as well as ensuring the development of employee qualifications. • Formation and maintenance of the methodological base for engineering work. • Recruitment, adaptation, and development of group specialists. • Participation in the promotion and popularization of group solutions.

• Experience in managing a team of engineers (at least 2 years) with different competence levels, resource planning skills. • Project management experience at the level of chief designer/chief project engineer. • Practical experience in projects for creating customer information security infrastructure, developing proposals for modernizing existing systems, developing project and working documentation for network security systems. • Knowledge of network security tools: NGFW, IPS, WAF, VPN, NTA. Including practical experience in configuring one (or more) manufacturers - Positive Technologies, Fortinet, CheckPoint, PaloAlto, Code of Security, InfoTex, S-terra, etc. • Successful experience as a chief project engineer/architect on an integration project. • Knowledge of Routing/Switching technologies (LAN, WAN, MPLS, OSPF/EIGRP/BGP, NAT, STP) and configuration on equipment from one (or more) manufacturers - Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Mikrotik. • General knowledge of computer hardware, server virtualization - classification, main differences, typical solutions. • Technical English language proficiency.
