Head of Mobile Engineering

Head of Mobile Engineering for a large Russian IT company, leading mobile development for a banking project in Cambodia. $8,000 gross monthly, office role with relocation and housing covered.

• Developing the strategy and target architecture of the bank's mobile and digital channels. • Leading, developing, and scaling the mobile development team. • Implementing architectural standards, developing SDLC and CI/CD. • Implementing AI tools for development, testing, and code review automation. • Ensuring security, performance, scalability, and fault tolerance of mobile applications. • Developing engineering processes and interaction with Product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and Security teams.

• 10+ years of software development experience, including at least 5 years in leadership positions in Mobile Engineering. • Deep expertise in iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin/Java), and cross-platform development (Flutter, React Native). • Experience in mobile architecture design, working with REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices. • Experience developing high-load, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems. • Knowledge of Security by Design, OWASP Mobile Top 10, and secure development practices. • Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). • Practical experience implementing AI tools and automating engineering processes. • Education in computer science, engineering, or related fields; Russian and English at C1 level.

Salary: $8,000 gross per month. Office in Cambodia. Relocation and housing covered.
