Head of Marketing

TrendAgent, an IT platform for real estate transactions, seeks an experienced Head of Marketing to lead marketing strategy, manage a 15-person team, and drive results.

With 500+ talents, 1000+ developer partners, and 100,000 agents, we value initiative, honesty, and drive.Responsibilities:- Manage marketing function from strategy to execution- Audit current team (15 people): assess competencies, roles, responsibilities; restructure or hire if needed- Set up and optimize processes: task assignment, control, regulations, reporting- Form and control budgets- Interact with other functions: sales, product, IT, operations- Manage external contractors and agencies- Work with C-level: defend plans, regular reporting, participate in strategy sessions

- 3+ years as Marketing Lead / Marketing Director / Head of Marketing- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with limited resources- Experience managing a marketing team of 10+ people- Systematic, highly self-organized, result-oriented- Experience working with C-level, able to speak business language- Account director profile from advertising or digital agency suitable if with management experience and coordination skills- Strong background in digital, brand, channel models (SMM, CRM, performance), but not required to execute hands-on
