We are building a boutique in-house marketing division operating as an international agency and are looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to build and lead the team. The role combines strategy, operations, and marketing leadership. • 5+ years in digital marketing • 3+ years in leadership roles • Experience working with multiple client accounts • Strong understanding of performance marketing and branding • Experience working with outsourced teams • Strategic and operational mindset
