AI-UP is an accredited IT company and Skolkovo resident. B2B SaaS platform at the intersection of AI and performance marketing that helps businesses get targeted B2B leads and scale sales. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy. • Build and scale the B2B lead generation system. • Manage the marketing funnel from first touch to lead handover to sales. • Be responsible for CAC, CPL, ROMI, and conversions. • Search, test, and scale new acquisition channels. • Develop content marketing and product positioning. • Set up end-to-end analytics and make data-driven decisions. • Manage the marketing team and contractors.

• Experience as CMO / Head of Marketing / Growth Marketing for 5+ years. • Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, MarTech, AdTech, or digital products. • Experience building and scaling marketing from scratch. • Deep understanding of performance marketing and B2B funnels. • Confident knowledge of marketing metrics: CAC, CPL, ROMI, LTV. • Experience managing a team and contractors. • Systems thinking, initiative, and focus on business results.

• First 1–2 months — fully remote work. • Employment during remote work: Labor Code of the Russian Federation / individual entrepreneur / self-employed. • Then — work in an office in Saint Petersburg, metro "Ladozhskaya". • Schedule 5/2, 10:00–19:00. • Income discussed individually. • Opportunity to build the marketing function from scratch and directly influence the company's growth. • Fast decision-making and no unnecessary bureaucracy. • Work in an accredited IT company and Skolkovo resident.
