Head of Marketing role at 187BJJ, a premium BJJ club in Moscow. Build lead generation, manage contractors, drive growth. Salary from 130,000 RUB plus performance bonuses.

Club 187BJJ is a modern, stylish and technology-driven Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu club. We are looking for a strong, ambitious marketing lead to join the team and build a contractor team, fill the club with clients, and make this project the most popular in the city. Responsibilities: • Build a lead generation system: ensure stable and scalable flow of applications (leads). • Manage contractor team: hire, coordinate, set tasks and control results (targeting specialists, contextual advertising specialists, SEO specialists, copywriters). • Content marketing and SMM: create bright, engaging and dynamic content (Reels/Shorts/Clips). • Local marketing: maximize coverage of residential areas, business centers, and educational institutions within the club's reach. • Work with sales funnel: integrate advertising with CRM system, write scripts. • Analytics: daily monitoring of CPL (cost per application), CAC (customer acquisition cost), ROMI (return on advertising).

• 3+ years of experience in marketing with high sales volumes (fitness clubs, large dance schools, stretching studios, medical centers). • Experience managing contractors and independently allocating budgets. • Understanding of mass market, ability to create viral content and compelling offers. • Willingness to work full-time in the office with regular presence at the club (for content generation and process control). • High speed of work and a strong focus on commercial results (revenue).

• Financial conditions: guaranteed fixed salary from 130,000 RUB + transparent bonuses for KPIs.
