Head of Marketing Department | WB & Ozon | Cosmetics

Head of Marketing for a cosmetics brand on WB/Ozon. Remote, full-time. First month 150,000 RUB; from 2nd month 150,000 RUB fixed + 50,000 RUB KPI.

We work with marketplaces on WB/Ozon and have our own cosmetics brand that aims to conquer the market with quality, beauty, and results.Responsibilities:- Manage advertising budget on WB and Ozon, influence DRR and ROMI- Build a system for digitizing results- Manage a team: producers, project managers, influencers- Make strategic decisions- Improve metrics and make advertising as effective as possible

- At least 6 months as a marketplace marketer. Only in-house experience. Other experience is not considered- Experience as Head of Marketing Department for at least 1 year- Successful cases with numbers; no cases means no discussion- Skill in working with DRR, ROMI, understanding unit economics- Think strategically, not just tasks. Your hands are your team.- Organizational skills and desire to build processes from scratch- Willingness to take responsibility for KPI fulfillment
