LOGINOVA is a designer brand of women's clothing founded in 2023. Our aesthetic is built on the principles of minimalism, clean forms, and attention to the real rhythm of a woman's life. We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the team and take charge of key growth areas. We need a leader who can combine the brand's creative vision with a systematic approach to processes, project management, and analytics. TASKS: • Leading key brand projects. Managing the full cycle: from initiating collaborations to controlling implementation. Ensuring timely task completion. • Developing a referral program for stylists. Operational supervision (documentation, reporting, incoming applications) and collaboration with the PR manager on scaling the program. • Technical control (E-com). Interaction with the developer on website improvements, monitoring the platform's stable operation, and implementing solutions to increase conversion. • Team and Performance Marketing Management. Leading PR and SMM directions within a unified strategy. Supervising the contractor for paid promotion (Yandex) and optimizing internal processes to improve business results.

• Experience in marketing (Fashion/Lifestyle) from 3 years. Understanding the specifics of brands with a strong visual code and the ability to work with their aesthetics. • Management skills. Experience in team leadership and effective control of external contractors. • Analytical mindset. Understanding key advertising performance metrics and experience analyzing the customer journey to purchase. • Project management. Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and strictly adhere to deadlines. • Attention to operational tasks. Responsible approach to working with documents, reporting, and technical specifications.
