Head of Marketing at SberFirst in Moscow. Lead premium segment marketing strategy, market research, product launches, cross-functional projects, 360° campaigns, and funnel optimization. Requires 4+ years in product/communication marketing.

Marketing department of the premium segment. Responsibilities: - Participate in developing and implementing the marketing strategy for products. - Conduct market research: analyze trends, benchmarks, target audience, and competitive environment to determine positioning and key product advantages. - Plan and ensure the launch of new products and features, including developing value propositions and communication strategy. - Organize and manage cross-functional projects for product and campaign launches with product, development, analytics, media, and creative teams. - Analyze key metrics to evaluate activity effectiveness and optimize budget; participate in developing creative ideas. - Interact with agencies to create materials, media strategies, special projects; coordinate complex 360° marketing campaigns, manage the process and monitor execution. - Analyze funnels and product growth points. - Generate and implement hypotheses for optimization.

Higher education (marketing preferred). 4+ years of experience in product and/or communication marketing. Experience in the premium segment or with premium target audience. Proven cases of successful product launch or complex 360° marketing campaigns. Systemic and product thinking: deep understanding of relationships between business metrics, funnel stages, and user experience. Project management and communication skills: ability to prioritize, synchronize different teams, and drive tasks to results. Ability to work under uncertainty, independently structure tasks, and effectively manage multitasking. Experience with AI tools. Experience with luxury brands or high-net-worth audiences is desirable.
