Head of Long-Term Supply Chain Planning Department

Manage long-term supply chain planning, S&OP, optimize processes, lead team; 5+ years experience, FMCG preferred. Competitive salary, benefits.

Manage long-term supply chain planning process in strategic and tactical horizons (from data collection to result). Prepare presentation materials with conclusions and proposals, including preparation and conducting S&OP meetings. Develop target indicators for related departments based on long-term planning results: stock policy, copacking contract volumes, execution of agreed prebuild, investment projects, and other activities. Interact with internal departments: coordinate changes, resolve data issues, discuss calculations and agree on planning results. Analyze department results, develop and control KPIs. Manage and develop the long-term planning department team (training internally and with company resources). Participate in support and development of optimization planning systems (Lamakon, JDA, etc.). Prepare statistical and management reporting for leadership based on planning system calculations. Perform analytical function for current (including operational) department reporting, develop and update reporting. Form user instructions for optimization planning systems.

5+ years experience in supply chain planning (demand / supply / long-term planning), preferably in FMCG. Experience in team management and employee development. Knowledge of S&OP / IBP processes, long-term and tactical planning, inventory management, and capacity planning. Experience with optimization planning systems (Lamakon, JDA, SAP APO/IBP or similar). Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large data volumes, prepare presentations and management reporting. Knowledge in personnel management, business process management, change and risk management. High level of communication skills, ability to build interaction with managers and colleagues from related departments. Activity, organization, accuracy, ability to quickly switch between tasks. Higher education (preferably economic, technical, or in logistics / supply chain).
