Head of IT Business Analysis for innovative calculations in Fintech, DeFi, and Blockchain. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, data analysis, setting metrics, and product packaging. Salary from 500k RUB. Hybrid format, office in Moscow.

Responsibilities: Gathering and describing business requirements for foreign trade products. Data extraction, report building, deviation analysis. Setting metrics for own area. Formalizing customer journey maps (CJM) for foreign trade clients. Product packaging: value proposition, tariffs, offers. Participation in launching product hypotheses, usage analytics. Competitive analysis. Customer segment analysis.

Expertise: Deep knowledge of principles and processes of cross-border payments, correspondent banking, foreign trade technologies and mechanisms. Understanding of basic foreign exchange control processes, compliance in the Bank. 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in fintech. Good understanding of regulatory requirements for cross-border operations (AML/CFT, CBRF Reporting, international requirements). Experience in conducting product research and market analysis. Skills: DEFI and blockchain. Protocols and standards in bank card payment processing. Classic financial information exchange protocols (FIX, SWIFT, etc.). BPMN/UML/Figma. Architecture - application of best design patterns for information systems architecture. Database work: Postgre, Redis, Mongo. Practical experience in API design. Deep understanding of information security aspects regarding financial data protection, encryption. Autonomy (client requirements are often formalized at the business meaning level, and a technical solution needs to be proposed independently). Involvement in team tasks. Ability to conduct independent research and propose solutions. Proactivity, ability to identify problems and propose their solutions.
