Head of Information Security role focusing on international market development. Requires over 6 years of experience. Company: IT Holding T1. Location: Yekaterinburg.

• Leadership of the Information Security Department for the development of customer's foreign branches. • Providing Information Security expertise (regulatory framework, regulatory requirements, technical aspects, document review, participation in PSI, consulting teams) in projects for the development of applied information systems in customer's foreign branches. • Analysis of regulatory requirements for information security in customer's foreign branches during the development of information systems. • Interaction with foreign regulators on issues of fulfilling information security requirements in customer's foreign branches during the development of applied information systems. • Support and maintenance of information security audits for applied information systems in customer's foreign branches. • Interaction with auditing bodies. • Control of the elimination of remarks based on the results of the conducted audit. • Consulting employees of the Information Security Department for the development of customer's foreign branches on complex issues.

• Higher education (Information Security / Information Technology). • At least 2 years of management experience (at least 2 people reporting). • At least 3 years of experience in a large international company. • English language proficiency at Intermediate level. • Knowledge in the field of information security for applied information systems of large financial organizations and international companies. • Knowledge in identifying and eliminating potential vulnerabilities in applied information systems. • Experience in conducting information security audits. Participation in information security audits as an audited party. • Ability to understand foreign legislative requirements. • Desirable to have certifications (one or more of the following) in project management: PMP, Agile Scrum Master, Agile Scrum Product Owner, Managing IT Project; Information Security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, Ethical Hacking. • Knowledge of legislation in the following areas (or the ability to understand and grasp it): information security, personal data, requirements of the Central Bank of foreign branches, information technology (including knowledge of foreign legislation (India, China, Iran)).
