Head of Information Security position in Moscow with MT-Integration. Salary is discussed during the interview. Responsibilities include developing information security architecture, ensuring compliance with Russian legislation, selecting security tools, and managing project teams.

• Formation and development of the information security architecture for projects (from pre-sale and design to implementation and control). • Ensuring compliance of architectural and technical solutions with the requirements of the Russian Federation legislation and regulatory documents of FSTEC and FSB of Russia (187-FZ, 152-FZ, 63-FZ, etc.). • Selection and approval of information security tools, including solutions within the import substitution policy. • Design and control of the integration of key classes of information security tools (SIEM, SOAR, DLP, EDR, VPN, NGFW, cryptographic information security tools, etc.). • Comparison and selection of classes and vendors of technical information security tools. • Quality and deadline control for work in the information security domain. • Technical leadership of information security project teams: task assignment, execution control, competence development. • Interaction with customers, vendors, and contractors on architectural and technical information security issues. • Participation in the formation of the technical strategy and reporting on the information security domain.

• Design of IT architecture, network solutions in terms of information security (VPN, firewalls). • Experience with security systems (SOAR, SIEM, VM, DLP, EDR, antiviruses, VPN, and other classes of solutions). • Experience in implementing and configuring firewalls, data security systems, encryption, and backup. • Experience with Linux/Windows Server. • Knowledge of cyberattack protection principles (vulnerability analysis, protective measures). • Successful confirmed experience in implementing complex infrastructure and information security projects as an Architect, tech lead, or chief engineer for at least 3 years. • Experience in implementing complex information security projects in manufacturing companies is mandatory. • Understanding of the main classes of information security solutions; • Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the field of information security (187, 63, 152), regulatory documents of FSTEC and FSB of Russia; • Understanding of technologies and architectures for building corporate networks. • Experience working with subcontractors, manufacturers, and vendors.
