Head of Grant and Social Projects

Manage grant and social projects at Heroes School in Moscow, hybrid work. Develop partnerships, prepare reports, and scale successful programs.

Responsibilities: - Manage 3-7 grant and social projects - Lead the team, control budgets, timelines, and results - Interact with partners and grantors - Prepare reports and grant applications - Seek funding and develop partnerships - Evaluate social impact and scale successful programs

Requirements: - At least 2 years of project management experience in non-profits - Experience with grant work - Systems thinking and high autonomy - Interest in the social sector - Experience in sports, adaptive physical education, rehabilitation, and social projects is a plus
