Head of Financial and Economic Department

Head of Financial and Economic Department for a full-cycle mining enterprise with deposits in Yakutia. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, treasury, financial control, and management reporting. Requires higher economic/engineering education, 3+ years experience, Big 4 preferred, advanced Excel, 1C/1C ERP, Intermediate English.

The company is a full-cycle mining enterprise with deposits in Yakutia. Responsibilities: - Budgeting and calendar plan of the budget process (three readings) - Quarterly forecasting of operational and financial activities - Analysis of deviations from plan, preparation of corrective measures - Treasury: forecasting and cash planning, accounting of cash flows - Financial control: targeted use of funds, approval of expense requests - Preparation of quarterly management reporting, participation in annual IFRS reporting - Development of financial planning model and analysis of processes

- Higher economic and/or engineering education - Experience from 3 years, including Big 4 - preferably Energy Utilities & Mining - Experience in manufacturing companies - a plus - Advanced Excel, 1C/1C ERP or similar - English – Intermediate
