Conduct design reviews of all visuals created by the team; Create and curate visuals for all Alfa-Sphere products and communications; Generate, argue, and approve new visual solutions; Lead creative brainstorms and participate in creative production; Participate in strategic visual decision-making and brand visual language development; Mentor and support the team of designers.

Experience of 3+ years in a similar position (Design Lead / Art Director / Senior Designer); Excellent understanding of visuals and high visual literacy; Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and modern 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D); Ability to translate ideas into concrete visual solutions and defend them effectively; Excellent team interaction skills, ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor; Plus: Experience working in educational projects or products.
