Head of DWH Team position available. Hybrid work format in Moscow. Seeking an experienced leader to build and develop a corporate data warehouse on PostgreSQL in the cloud.

We are looking for an experienced leader to build and develop a corporate data warehouse on PostgreSQL in the cloud (e.g., Yandex.Cloud). What you need to be able to do: - Design and optimize corporate warehouses and Data Lake, understand the entire data lifecycle. - Select and justify architectural approaches (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault 2.0, Anchor Modeling). - Write and optimize complex SQL queries for terabyte volumes, configure partitioning, indexes, materialized views. - Manage a development team (3+ people): form a roadmap, decompose tasks, conduct code reviews, develop employees. - Integrate DWH with ERP, CRM, MDM, logs, APIs, data buses (Kafka, RabbitMQ), organize incremental loading and CDC. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions, design KPIs and aggregates, explain complex things in simple language. - Experience in managing DWH projects for finance (IFRS, management accounting) or logistics (supply chains, inventory analytics).

Will be a plus: - Experience with cloud DWH (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse). - Knowledge of DataOps, Data Governance, orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster), ETL/ELT (dbt), data virtualization (Dremio, Denodo). - Python/Scala scripting skills. - Experience in setting up monitoring and alerting for DWH. - Ability to manage infrastructure and license budgets.
