Head of Development

Excdev is hiring a Head of Development to lead software development from concept to implementation, manage development teams, and implement Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and AI/ML. Remote work.

• Lead the software development process from concept to implementation. • Form and manage development teams, including recruitment, training, and development. • Develop and implement modern development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps, etc.). • Use advanced technologies and tools, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, to improve development efficiency. • Evaluate and optimize development processes to improve quality and reduce time to market. • Interact with other company departments to ensure alignment and achieve common goals. • Participate in strategic planning and define the company's technical strategy.

• Location not in Russia (RF). • Higher education in IT or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position. • Deep knowledge of software development theory and practice. • Experience with modern development and project management methods. • Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in development. • Excellent management and communication skills. • Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for team results. • Experience in fintech projects is desirable.
