Head of Data Analytics

RT Labs is seeking a Head of Data Analytics to lead a team remotely, focusing on data labeling processes, AI quality assessment, and BI systems.

3+ years of experience in product or data analytics. 1+ year of experience managing a team of at least 3 people. Experience with data labeling processes. Experience evaluating AI system quality. Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy). Experience with BI systems (Superset, Redash). Understanding of mathematical statistics and full A/B testing cycle. Experience designing metric systems and event tracking. Ability to turn data into product solutions and backlog.
