Head of CRM
Head of CRM position in an international product company in the iGaming sector. Responsibilities include developing CRM strategy, managing campaigns, and leading a team. Offers a comfortable office in Limassol, bonuses, and career development.
We are an international product company in the iGaming sphere with a presence in Turkey, Europe, Africa, and Asia. We are currently looking for a Head of CRM to lead the department and be responsible for the development of the CRM strategy and growth of key performance indicators. Key tasks: — Development and management of CRM strategy and retention plans; — Setting and achieving KPIs for growth indicators (casino/sportsbook); — Planning and launching promotional campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness; — Team management and development of the CRM direction.
Experience as Head of CRM / CRM Lead in iGaming for 3+ years; Experience in team management and CRM process development; Strong analytical skills and understanding of CRM metrics.
